FAQ'S
The short answer is today, during our busiest seasons, it may not be available
tomorrow. Popular styles go super-fast and you want to be sure you get the look you
want to rock this year!
Most of our styles are ready to ship to you today. However, some styles are subject to
availability and have a pre-determined date. Our customer service will contact you about
exact delivery dates once your order is placed. Please ensure your accurate wear date is
indicated when placing your order & allow at least 2 weeks for necessary alterations.
We recommend that you get measured by a professional seamstress for:
- Bust - around the chest & under the armpits, level with the floor & snug
- Waist - measured around the narrowest part of the waist
- Hip - measured around the fullest part of your hips.
- Hollow to hem - this measurement is only required when you are 5’10” or taller with the heels you will wear to your party.
Here is an easy example: If your bust indicates a size 8 and your waist indicates a size 10 and your hips indicate a size 8 you should select the size 10 and then get the bust altered to fit. It is always easier to take in a gown than to let out a gown seam. Call is if you are uncertain & we'll be happy to walk you through this. We are here for you.
GENERALLY; 57"-60" & THAT IS MEASURED FROM THE HOLLOW OF YOUR COLLARBONE TO THE HEM OF THE GOWN. IF YOU ARE 5'10 OR ABOVE WITH THE HEELS YOU WILL BE WEARING, FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US TO DISCUSS BEFORE ORDERING. WE KNOW A LOT OF STUFF!
